In the Writer’s Corner…
I have been working on a script for a producer that I think is getting made. Then again, the whole thing might fall apart. I should have more to report at this time next month. I might even be writing another script for them.
I am finishing up FATHERSONFATHER for Saddleback Publishing! I also should be getting the VARSITY170 books (the third I have written for them) soon. And… it looks like I will be writing another book for them! They are a truly great outfit to write for. Viva Saddleback!!
Rewriting the first draft of SUNDAY FUNDAY. The first draft came up kinda light on the page count. I am rectifying that with this rewrite. I should have it completed in 2-3 more drafts.
WATER DAMAGE is just about done! Here is a logline about it’s plot:
After suffering a nervous breakdown due to OCD a man finds himself facing his old issues shortly after becoming “well.”
Now it is time to start back working on COOL SUMMER. My plan is to try and elongate the screenplay in someway. Then I will storyboard the script, cast the voice roles, record the voices and start the long slog of animating.
I am also making a quickie time travel film dealing with the assassination of JFK. More on that next month but this film will be a comedy.
