In the Writer's Corner...

I am about done with a new Gravel Road book for Saddleback Publishing that I am very excited about. I will talk more about it once it is closer to being released. Also, finishing up one series with for Saddleback and I’m about to start another one. I couldn’t be more excited about starting off the year with these new projects.

I finished my adaptation of YESTERDAY’S DREAMS for my friend Kevin Foster. Here’s hoping Kevin can mount another production of it! Now, it is on to the NIGHT HIKE script and many more!

You can watch my new film SALVO 1 here. You can also order it on DVD here. I recently sent a harddrive filled with my movies to CINEMA EPOCH. They are going to be releasing a bunch of them in a very interesting way in 2017, I believe.

INSECT is done. You can see the cover above and it will be available on DVD soon. It will also be available to download (in some way) in 2017.

Well, 2016 is in the books. In some ways this year has been a HUGE downer, and in others its been the best year of my life. Every time I write this particular post, I get nervous as I wonder what the next year has in store. Then, I realize that G-d has a plan and I just need to do everything I can to be the best person I can be. As long as I do that, everything will fine.

In the Writer's Corner...

Recently signed 2 contracts with Saddleback Publishing for a new series as well as a new book in their Gravel Road series. To say that I am excited would be an understatement. I just want to make these projects the best that they can be.

THE DEAD DON’T DIE, a book I co-wrote with Kevin Lindenmuth, is now available. You can order it HERE. This is a very unique zombie story that I hope a lot of people find it interesting.
 
About halfway through the script adaptation of this film for my friend Kevin Foster. I am thinking it will be pretty much done by early December. I am looking forward to writing a lot more scripts. In recent years I've been writing 1-2 a year. I'd like that number to be 3-4.

The Man in the Trees has undergone a name change. It is now called SALVO1. It is about done and should be up on Amazon on DVD and YouTube as a free download soon. Next up is an interesting project with Cinema Epoch which will showcase a bunch of my films. Then I plan to finally get INSECT on DVD via Amazon as well as on YouTube. Then it's on to editing TIM COHEN'S AMAZING ADVENTURES IN TIME TRAVEL 2, THE DEATH OF BILLIE BROWN: A FORMING MOVIE and FILMMAKING 101.

I am starting the seventh book in in a series I am writing for Saddleback Publishing. In addition to that I am going to be starting a new book for a brand new series they are starting. They are the best! The faith they put in me is incredible.

I have drawn 10 pages of my next animated movie COOL SUMMER. I am currently putting it on hold as I edit THE MAN IN THE TREES, TIM COHEN 2, THE DEATH OF BILLIE BROWN: A FORMING MOVIE (not the sequel to THE FORMING) and FILMMAKING 101 (which I shot last month). Once these are complete, COOL SUMMER will resume and I will only make one quick movie a year until COOL SUMMER is done being animated.

The NIGHT HIKE outline is done. I am presently working on the script. Hoping to have it done in the next 2-3 months.

It looks like BOXING TIME, THE FORMING, WATER DAMAGE and INSECT are all going to be released/rereleased digitally by Cinema Epoch. It also seems like I am going to make more movies for them. In fact, they may even be the exclusive distributor of Anhedenia Films.

I am still working on COOL SUMMER. I plan to have 20 pages drawn this month. I also have a plan to be able to start working on it more consistently. My first animated movie, 1985-1986, can be seen HERE.
 
FLEAS is almost done! I am currently fine tuning the edit, adding a soundtrack, effects, etc. It should be done by the middle of this month.

Lastly, I am shooting FILMMAKING 101 this month. It is a buddy comedy about two guys making a film. It then turns into a suspense thriller. From there… it becomes Jurassic Park. Kind of. Stay tuned.

In The Writer’s Corner…

The writing of my new series for Saddleback Publishing is going great. I just started book four of a ten book series. On top of that, I am outlining another longer book for them.

Outlining the NIGHT HIKE script when I can. However, when I have to juggle my personal projects with projects that people are paying me to write, I have to chose the paying one. There are worse problems to have, right?

INSECT, #boxingtime and a bunch of my other films might be coming out through another another distributor. I am currently talking with them to see what they want to do. Until then, you can order any of my films HERE.
