Recently got contracted to write 6 new books for a special project Saddleback Publishing is doing! I am so honored to be a part of it. After that we have some other projects lined up so I am very excited, flattered and stoked to say the least.
You can order the first book in my new series THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE here. It covers 6 years in the life of a boy named Erol. It follows him from the mid-1980s all the way to the early 1990s. The writing of the ELUL screenplay goes well. I am trying to infuse this story of a Jewish boy being in love with a Palestinian girl with humor and thoughtful moments. Ultimately, you will tell me if I succeeded.

The longhand version of 233 is also coming along quite well. This story about some punk kids trying to rip off a tarot card house keeps falling into place. I am considering trying to make this on a bigger budget, but as a filmmaker I don’t know if I have the stamina. Which is why I make so many zero budget films!
